The forest has many trees.  The trees are tall and green.  Some trees have big leaves.  Some trees have small leaves.  The sunlight comes through the trees. 

Ang kagubatan ay maraming puno. Ang mga puno ay matangkad at berde. Ang ilang puno ay may malalaking dahon. Ang ilang puno ay may maliliit na dahon. Ang sikat ng araw ay dumarating sa mga puno.

The forest is quiet, but we can hear many sounds.  Birds sing in the trees.  Small animals make soft noises in the grass.  Sometimes, water moves slowly on the ground.  We can hear the sound of the water. 

Tahimik ang kagubatan, ngunit nakakarinig tayo ng maraming tunog. Ang mga ibon ay umaawit sa mga puno. Ang maliliit na hayop ay gumagawa ng malalambot na ingay sa damuhan. Minsan, ang tubig ay dahan-dahang gumagalaw sa lupa. Naririnig natin ang tunog ng tubig.

There are many animals in the forest.  Rabbits run in the grass.  Birds fly in the sky.  Sometimes, deer walk slowly between the trees.  The animals move quietly.  They are careful and do not make much noise.

The forest has many colors.  The leaves are green.  Flowers grow in red, yellow, and white.  The ground is brown with soil and old leaves.  The sky is blue above the trees.  Sometimes, the clouds cover the sky, and the forest feels cooler.

The air in the forest is fresh.  We can smell the grass, flowers, and earth.  The forest feels cool and calm.  Walking in the forest is nice.  We can touch the soft grass and the leaves.  We can sit and listen to the birds and water.
