Emails are commonly used for personal, business, and official communication because they are fast, convenient, and can be accessed from various devices like computers and smartphones.

A web page is a single document or page that is displayed on the Internet. It can contain various types of content, such as text, images, videos, and links to other pages or websites. Web pages are usually part of a larger website and are accessed by entering a web address, or URL, in a browser. Each web page is designed to provide specific information or functions, and multiple web pages make up the entire site. They can be static, showing the same content to all users, or dynamic, changing based on user interaction.
