A motorhome is a vehicle that people use for traveling and living.  It is like a small house on wheels with an engine.  Unlike a caravan, a motorhome does not need to be pulled by a car because it can move by itself.  People use motorhomes to go on holidays and explore new places. 

Un motorhome este un vehicul pe care oamenii îl folosesc pentru a călători și a trăi. Este ca o mică casă pe roți cu un motor. Spre deosebire de o rulotă, un motorhome nu trebuie să fie tras de o mașină pentru că se poate mișca singur. Oamenii folosesc motorhome-uri pentru a merge în vacanță și a explora locuri noi.

Inside a motorhome, you can find many things you have at home.  There is a bed to sleep on, a kitchen to cook food, and a small bathroom.  Some motorhomes are big and have enough space for a family, while others are smaller and are good for just one or two people.

Motorhomes became popular in the 1900s.  People liked them because they made travel easy and comfortable.  With a motorhome, you can travel long distances and still feel like you are at home.  Many people enjoy going on road trips in their motorhomes, driving from place to place, and stopping to sleep wherever they want.

Motorhomes are also called "RVs," which stands for "Recreational Vehicles."  They are common in many countries, especially in the United States and Europe.  People often meet in groups and travel together, creating what they call "motorhome clubs."
