Stomachaches can have various causes, including indigestion, overeating, food poisoning, infections, menstrual cramps, or underlying conditions like gastritis or gastroenteritis. Treatment often involves rest, drinking plenty of fluids, avoiding spicy or fatty foods, and over-the-counter medications like antacids or pain relievers.
