Treatment often involves rest, drinking plenty of fluids, avoiding spicy or fatty foods, and over-the-counter medications like antacids or pain relievers. In some cases, seeking medical attention may be necessary, especially if the pain is intense, constant, or accompanied by other concerning symptoms.

Over-the-counter pain relievers or numbing ointments can help manage pain temporarily. However, it is essential to see a dentist for proper diagnosis and treatment to prevent further complications.

A fever occurs when the body's temperature rises above its normal range, typically in response to an infection or illness. This increase in temperature helps the body fight off the infection by making it harder for bacteria and viruses to survive. Common symptoms of a fever include feeling hot, sweating, chills or shivering, headaches, muscle aches, and fatigue.
