Analog watches use a traditional dial and hands to display time, while digital watches use a digital display to show the time, often including other features such as a stopwatch, alarm, or backlight. Smartwatches have many advanced features, including the ability to make phone calls, receive text messages, and track fitness activity. Watches can be made of different materials, including metal, leather, plastic, and rubber, and are often worn as a fashion accessories in addition to their functional purpose of telling time.
