Domande con ‘To Be’
Per formare domande utilizzando il verbo ‘to be’, cambia il posto del soggetto e del verbo. Per esempio:
He is an actor. → Is he an actor?
Lui è un attore. → È un attore?
They are angry. → Are they angry?
Loro sono arrabbiati. → Sono arrabbiati?
We were home last night → Were you home last night?

Negazione
Per fare una frase negativa con il verbo 'to be', basta aggiungere 'not' dopo di esso.
I am studying → I am not studying.
Sto studiando → Non sto studiando.
She is busy. → She is not busy./She isn't busy.
Lei è occupata. → Lei non è occupata.
He was happy to see us. → He was not happy to see us./He wasn’t happy to see us.
Lui era felice di vederci. → Lui non era felice di vederci.
