Ex: There 's someone waiting for you in the reception area .
somebody

a person whose identity is not specified or known
شخص ما, أحد
Ex: I heard somebody singing in the park last night .سمعت **شخصًا** يغني في الحديقة الليلة الماضية.
something
[ضمير]
used to mention a thing that is not known or named
شيء ما, أمر ما
Ex: Let 's go out and do something fun this weekend .لنخرج ونفعل **شيئًا** ممتعًا في نهاية هذا الأسبوع.
everybody
[ضمير]
all the people that exist or are in a specific group
الجميع, كل واحد
Ex: Everybody on the bus smiled and waved as they passed by the beautiful countryside.**الجميع** في الحافلة ابتسموا ولوحوا بينما كانوا يمرون بالريف الجميل.
everyone

every single person in a group, community, or society, without exception

this
[ضمير]
used when referring to a person or thing that was recently mentioned or one that is close in space or time
هذا, هذه
Ex: This turned out to be a really entertaining film .**هذا** تبين أنه فيلم مسلي حقًا.
that
[ضمير]
used to identify a specific person or thing observed or pointed out by the speaker
ذلك, تلك
Ex: Is that your phone ringing ?هل **ذلك** هاتفك يرن؟
