¿Qué es una oración?
Una oración es un grupo de palabras que normalmente tiene un sujeto y un verbo y expresa una idea completa.
Mayúsculas
La primera letra de la primera palabra de todas las oraciones, incluyendo las oraciones declarativas, exclamativas e imperativas y las preguntas, siempre se escribe con mayúscula.
The dog is playing outside.
El perro está jugando afuera.
Show me your new dress.
Muéstrame tu vestido nuevo.
What a beautiful dress!
¡Qué vestido tan bonito!
Where do you live?
¿Dónde vives?
Puntuación
Las oraciones declarativas normalmente terminan con un punto (.) mientras que las preguntas terminan con un signo de interrogación (?).
You must cut your hair.
Debes cortarte el cabello.
Do you want to buy that dress?
¿Quieres comprar ese vestido?
Where did you buy your dress?
