Ce Sunt Can, May și Should?
„Can,” „May” și „should” în engleză sunt verbe modale care sunt gramatical similare, dar exprimă semnificații diferite.
Can
„Can” este folosit pentru a vorbi despre abilitate. Are aceeași formă pentru toate persoanele și este întotdeauna folosit cu forma de bază a verbului. Aruncă o privire la exemple:

Întrebări
Pentru a forma întrebări folosind aceste modale, ele se mută la începutul propoziției, iar subiectul și forma de bază a verbului principal vin după ele. De exemplu:
Can you drive?
Poți conduce?
Should I call the doctor?
Ar trebui să chem doctorul?
Negare
Pentru a face propoziții negative folosind aceste modale, adăugați simplu „not” după ele și apoi adăugați verbul principal. Iată câteva exemple:
I cannot run that fast.
