ধরণবাচক ক্রিয়াবিশেষণ একটি বিশেষণের শেষে "-ly" যোগ করে তৈরি করা হয়। উদাহরণস্বরূপ:

quick → quickly

ক্রিয়াবিশেষণের বানানে নজর দিন। যখন কোনো বিশেষণের শেষে -y থাকে, তখন -y পরিবর্তন করে '-i' করতে হয় এবং তারপর –ly যোগ করতে হয়। উদাহরণস্বরূপ:
happy → happily
খুশি → সুখে
easy → easily

ধরণবাচক ক্রিয়াবিশেষণ প্রধান ক্রিয়াকে পরিবর্তন করে, তাই এটি প্রধান ক্রিয়ার পরে আসে। উদাহরণস্বরূপ:

তুলনামূলক এবং অতিতুলনামূলক ধরণবাচক ক্রিয়াবিশেষণ
ধরণবাচক ক্রিয়াবিশেষণ তুলনামূলক এবং অতিতুলনামূলক রূপ তৈরি করতে পারে। তুলনামূলক ক্রিয়াবিশেষণ দুটি বিষয়ের মধ্যে তুলনা করতে ব্যবহৃত হয় এবং একটি কাজ বা অবস্থার উচ্চতর মাত্রা প্রকাশ করে। অতিতুলনামূলক ক্রিয়াবিশেষণ তিন বা ততোধিক কাজ বা অবস্থার মধ্যে সর্বোচ্চ মাত্রা প্রকাশ করে।
যে ক্রিয়াবিশেষণগুলি '-ly' দিয়ে শেষ হয় না, সেগুলি তুলনামূলক রূপ তৈরি করতে '-er' যোগ করে এবং অতিতুলনামূলক রূপ তৈরি করতে '-est' যোগ করা হয়। উদাহরণস্বরূপ:
fast → faster → fastest
