Ce Sunt Adverbele de Mod?
Adverbele de mod în engleză ne arată cum se întâmplă sau se realizează ceva.
Formarea Adverbelor de Mod
Adverbele de mod se formează adăugând „-ly“ la sfârșitul unui adjectiv. De exemplu:
Angry (adjective) → angrily (adverb)
supărat (adjectiv) → supărat (adverb)
Quick (adjective) → quickly (adverb)
rapid (adjectiv) → repede (adverb)

Adverbele de Mod Comparativ și Superlativ
Adverbele de mod pot forma adverbe comparativ și superlativ. Adverbele comparative sunt folosite pentru a compara două lucruri și a exprima un grad mai mare al unei acțiuni sau stări. Un adverb superlativ exprimă cel mai înalt grad al unei calități între trei sau mai multe acțiuni sau stări.
Adverbele care nu se termină în „-ly“ iau „-er“ la sfârșit pentru a forma comparativul și „-est“ pentru a forma superlativul. De exemplu:
Fast → faster → fastest
rapid → mai rapid → cel mai rapid
Soon → sooner → soonest
curând → mai curând → cel mai curând
Hard → harder → hardest
dificil → mai dificil → cel mai dificil
Pentru adverbele care se termină în „-ly“, se adaugă „more“ pentru a forma comparativul și „the most“ pentru a forma superlativul. De exemplu:
He finished the test more quickly than his friend.

She speaks Spanish the most fluently out of all the students in her class.
