long thin pieces of potato cooked in hot oil

patata frita, papa frita

a dish made primarily with chopped chicken, often mixed with vegetables, mayonnaise, or other seasonings

ensalada de pollo, ensalada de ave

a cold dish made with canned tuna, mayonnaise, and various other ingredients such as celery, pickles, and seasonings, often served on a bed of lettuce or between slices of bread
