What Is Their Main Difference?

Both of these words refer to a person's emotional state. However, 'amused' is used when someone fells entertained and interested in something whereas, 'bemused' is a person who feels confused.

Differences

As stated above, 'amused' indicates that someone is feeling entertained and excited about something. Look below:

My neighbor seems so amused by your story.

Everyone used to be amused when my dad talked in the past.

'Bemused', on the other hand, is used to show someone is perplexed and cannot make a clear firm decision. Look below:
