What Is Their Main Difference?
Both refer to attempting to find something. However, 'searching' takes less time, and it is not based on any particular forms. No one supervises it and it aims at finding something. 'Researching', contrariwise, is comprised of different stages like making a deduction, gathering information, analyzing the data, etc. One must be qualified enough to conduct 'research' and it has its own methodology. 'Searching' is part' of doing a 'research'.
