greeting [noun]

an expression of polite and friendly gestures or words when meeting someone

Ex: They exchanged greetings before sitting down to discuss business .
to bow
to bow [verb]

to bend the head or move the upper half of the body forward to show respect or as a way of greeting

Ex: In many cultures , it is customary to bow when greeting elders as a gesture of politeness .
to hug
to hug [verb]

to tightly and closely hold someone in one's arms, typically a person one loves

Ex: As a sign of support , he gently hugged his friend who was going through a tough time .

to touch someone else's lips or other body parts with one's lips to show love, sexual desire, respect, etc.
