I saluti sono parole o azioni usate per dire ciao e mostrare rispetto a qualcuno quando lo incontri.
Saluti Formali
I saluti formali sono usati quando si incontra qualcuno che non è familiare o amichevole, per esempio sul posto di lavoro. Per esempio:
Hello! → Salve!
Pleased to meet you. → Piacere di conoscerti.
It's a pleasure to meet you. → È un piacere conoscerti.
Saluti Informali
I saluti formali non sono comuni quando si parla con persone più familiari e amichevoli. Invece, in queste situazioni si usano i saluti informali. Per esempio:

Good morning è usato dalle 5:00 alle 12:00.
Good afternoon è usato dalle 12:00 alle 18:00.

Ci sono diversi modi per dire addio alle persone quando le si lascia. Per esempio:
