What Is Their Main Difference?
Both refer to having faith in something. However, 'trust' is abut relying on something or someone, whereas, 'mistrust' shows a lack of confidence in somthing.

'Trust' refers to believing in something or someone, while, 'mistrust' refers to not being able to have confidence in something because it sounds suspicious to you. Look below:
