bow [noun]

a bending of the head, body, or knee as a gesture of respect, submission, greeting, or shame

Ex: She gave a slight bow to show respect .
gift [noun]

something that we give to someone because we like them, especially on a special occasion, or to say thank you

Ex: She always finds the perfect gift for everyone .

an act of taking a person's hand and shaking it as a greeting or after having made an agreement with them

Ex: He greeted his new colleague with a friendly handshake .
kiss [noun]

a gentle touch with the lips, especially to show respect or liking

Ex: As they parted ways , she left him with a lingering kiss on the lips , a promise of their reunion to come .
wave [noun]

a gesture or signal made with the hand or arm, often as a form of greeting or farewell

Ex: He caught her eye across the room and gave a small wave to say hello .
superstitious [adjective]

believing in irrational or supernatural ideas or practices, often based on luck or omens
