"Regime" vs. "Regimen" in English

What Are Their Differences?

These two are only similar in that, back in the old days, they had the same meaning. However, nowadays, 'regime' refers to the governing system in any country, whereas, 'regimen' refers to any kind of diet with the aim of improving your physical health.

Differences

'Regime' refers to the government in a country, while, 'regiment' refers to going on a diet to balance your nutrition. Look at the examples below:
