There are different types of adverbs in English. So it is important to know how and where in a sentence they are used.

Position of Adverbs
Adverbs are placed in different positions in a sentence: in the beginning, middle or end of the sentence. Here are a few examples:

If there is more than one adverb in a sentence, you should pay attention to their order. Note that it is not necessary to have all of them in a sentence. Here is the order of adverbs:
