having qualities that make something possible and accepted as true

Ex: The plot of the movie was believable , with characters and situations that felt realistic .
debatable [adjective]

(of a subject of discussion) unclear or uncertain, therefore can be further discussed or disagreed with

Ex: Whether the decision was right or wrong is highly debatable .
unprovable [adjective]

(of a thing) very hard or impossible to demonstrate its truth or validity

Ex: Some unprovable ideas are still widely discussed in philosophical circles .

doubtful or uncertain in terms of quality, reliability, or legitimacy
