to learn [verb]

to become knowledgeable or skilled in something by doing it, studying, or being taught

Ex: They are learning about history in their school lessons .

to use or take something belonging to someone else, with the idea of returning it

Ex: He asked to borrow a pen from his classmate during the exam .

to come into existence by chance or as a consequence

Ex: The meeting happened because everyone agreed it was necessary .

to not leave until a person or thing is ready or present or something happens

Ex: If you arrive early , you may have to wait until the restaurant opens .

to want something to happen or be true

Ex: He hopes that his hard work will be recognized and rewarded .
