Who
'Who' es un pronombre interrogativo que se utiliza para hacer preguntas sobre personas. Por ejemplo:
-'Who is he?' +'He is Sam.'
- '¿Quién es él?' + 'Él es Sam.'
-'Who ate the last slice of the cake?' +'Angela.'
-'¿Quién se comió el último trozo de pastel?' +'Angela.'
What
'What' es un pronombre interrogativo que se utiliza para hacer preguntas sobre cosas. Por ejemplo:
-'What happened?' +'Nothing happened.'
-' ¿Qué pasó?' +'No pasó nada'

Tanto "who" como "what" se pueden usar para hacer preguntas sobre el sujeto u objeto de una oración. Pero, cuando se hacen preguntas sobre objetos, se necesita un auxiliar entre el pronombre interrogativo y el sujeto del verbo. Mira los ejemplos:
-'What did you eat?' +'I ate a sandwich.'
-'¿Qué comiste?' +'Comí un sándwich.'
Aquí, "sandwich" es el objeto del verbo y el pronombre interrogativo "what" está preguntando sobre él, por lo que se agrega el auxiliar "did".
-'Who are you calling?' + -I'm calling my friend.-
-'¿A quien estas llamando?' +'Estoy llamando a mi amigo(a).'
Which
El pronombre interrogativo 'which' se utiliza para hacer preguntas sobre un artículo específico o selección entre varias opciones. Al igual que 'what' y 'who', 'which' también se puede usar para hacer preguntas sobre el sujeto o el objeto, y la regla de agregar un auxiliar también funciona aquí. Por ejemplo:
-'Which is yours?' +'The black one is mine.'
-'¿Cuál es el tuyo?' +'El negro es el mío.'
Aquí, "which" pregunta sobre el sujeto. En este caso, "is" actúa como el verbo principal, NO como el auxiliar.
- 'Which do you want, tea or coffee? + 'I want coffee'.
-'¿Cuál quieres, té o café?' +'Quiero café.'
En esta oración, "which" pregunta sobre el objeto, por lo que se usa el auxiliar "do" entre el pronombre interrogativo y el sujeto.
