(in poker) a hand with four cards of the same suit, with the expectation of drawing the fifth card of that suit to complete a flush

a mandatory bet made by the player sitting two seats to the left of the dealer

nagy vak, nagy tét
(poker) the total amount of money or chips wagered by players in a game, awarded to the winner

bank, nyereményalap
a mandatory bet made by the player sitting to the immediate left of the dealer

kis vak, kis vak tét
to give up one's hand and forfeit any further involvement in the current hand, usually in response to another player's bet or raise, or when a player recognizes that their hand is unlikely to win

dob, passzol
to match the current bet or raise made by another player in the same round of betting, thereby staying in the hand and retaining the chance to win the pot

megfizetem, kiegészítem a tétet
to pass the action to the next player without making a bet, when there has been no previous bet in the current betting round

(poker) to discard the top card from the deck face down before dealing the flop, turn, and river cards, in order to prevent cheating by revealing the top card accidentally or intentionally

when a player with a strong hand loses to a player with a stronger hand that improbably or luckily improves on the later streets, causing the player with the stronger hand to lose a large pot or even the entire game

rossz vereség, szerencsés veszteség
a card that is dealt face-up and is available for all players to use in making their hand, rather than being dealt to a specific player
