a point or area at which two edges, sides, or lines meet

Ex: The old bookstore is located on the corner of Maple Street and Elm Avenue .

a tall and often narrow building that stands alone or is part of a castle, church, or other larger buildings

Ex: The tower was built to support a large clock .

Ex: He stood in the middle of the field , waiting for the game to start .
top [noun]

the point or part of something that is the highest

Ex: From the top of the tree , you could see for miles in every direction .
close [adjective]

near in distance

Ex: The close distance between the two cities makes it easy to commute .

Ex: The festival attracts people of different kinds , all celebrating together .
