¿Qué son los números?
Los números son símbolos utilizados para mostrar la cantidad o el número de cosas.
1-10
La siguiente es una lista de números del uno al diez:
1 → one ➙ uno
2 → two ➙ dos
3 → three ➙ tres
4 → four ➙ cuatro
5 → five ➙ cinco
6 → six ➙ seis
7 → seven ➙ siete
8 → eight ➙ ocho
9 → nine ➙ nueve
10 → ten ➙ diez
Ahora, veamos algunos ejemplos:

Para escribir números como 21, 22, etc., se coloca un guion (-) entre las partes del número compuesto. Esta regla es válida para todos los números compuestos del 21 al 99.
21 → twenty-one ➙ veintiuno
24 → twenty-four ➙ veintidos
27 → twenty-seven ➙ veintisiete
29 → twenty-nine ➙ veintinueve
¡Atención!
En inglés, un número compuesto como 35 no se lee como 'thirty and five', sino como 'thirty-five'.
Múltiplos de 10
La lista a continuación muestra la forma escrita de los múltiplos de 10, como 20, 30, 40, etc.
