appearance [noun]

the way that someone or something looks

Ex: She pays attention to her appearance , making sure her hair and makeup are perfect .

curly [adjective]

(of hair) having a spiral-like pattern

Ex: In the summer , her curly hair tends to get frizzy because of the humidity .

straight [adverb]

in or along a direct line, without bending or deviation

Ex: He threw the dart straight at the bullseye with perfect aim .

having opposite sides or surfaces that are close together

having a size that is not too big or too small, but rather in the middle

short [adjective]

having a below-average distance between two points

Ex: The short distance between their houses made it convenient for them to visit each other frequently .

overweight [adjective]

weighing more than what is considered healthy or desirable for one's body size and build

Ex: Being overweight increases the risk of developing heart disease and diabetes .

clever [adjective]

able to think quickly and find solutions to problems

Ex: The clever inventor devised a simple yet effective solution to the complex engineering problem .

friendly [adjective]

(of a person or their manner) kind and nice toward other people

Ex: She 's very friendly , always greeting people with a warm hello .

funny [adjective]

able to make people laugh

Ex: I read a funny comic strip in the newspaper this morning .

generous [adjective]

having a willingness to freely give or share something with others, without expecting anything in return

Ex: The host was incredibly generous , offering us plenty of food and drinks .

kind [adjective]

nice and caring toward other people's feelings

Ex: She has a kind heart and always thinks of others .

lazy [adjective]

avoiding work or activity and preferring to do as little as possible

Ex: Rather than cooking a meal , he opted for takeout because he was feeling too lazy to cook .

shy [adjective]

nervous and uncomfortable around other people

Ex: Even though she 's shy , she can express herself well through her artwork .

talkative [adjective]

talking a great deal

Ex: My brother is so talkative that he can keep a conversation going for hours .

extrovert [noun]

(psychology) a person that is preoccupied with external things and prefers social situations

Ex: While she is an extrovert who loves large gatherings , her brother is more of an introvert who prefers quiet evenings at home .

hardworking [adjective]

(of a person) putting in a lot of effort and dedication to achieve goals or complete tasks

Ex:

mean [adjective]

(of a person) behaving in a way that is unkind or cruel

Ex: The mean boss berated employees for minor mistakes , creating a toxic work environment .

quiet [adjective]

with little or no noise

Ex: The quiet street was a welcome change from the bustling city .

stupid [adjective]

(of a person) not having common sense or the ability to understand or learn as fast as others

Ex: I do n't want to sound stupid , but can you explain that again ?

unfriendly [adjective]

not kind or nice toward other people

Ex: The hotel staff were unfriendly and not very helpful .

unkind [adjective]

not friendly, considerate, or showing mercy to others

Ex: The unkind treatment of animals at the shelter shocked the volunteers .

mustache [noun]

hair that grows or left to grow above the upper lip

Ex: The comedian made funny faces , twirling his mustache for laughs .
