(of meat) cooked for a short time in a way that the flesh is still red inside

Ex: The filet mignon was cooked rare , just enough to sear the outside while keeping the inside tender and juicy .
watery [adjective]

having too much water and little taste

Ex: She added too much liquid to the batter , resulting in a watery consistency for the pancake mix .
to taste [verb]

to have a specific flavor

Ex: Yesterday , the pasta dish she made tasted a bit too salty .
order [noun]

a request for a specific item or service to be provided

Ex: She placed an order for a cheeseburger and fries .

to ask for something, especially food, drinks, services, etc. in a restaurant, bar, or shop

Ex: She ordered a cappuccino and sat by the window .
to serve [verb]

to offer or present food or drink to someone

Ex: He served a delicious homemade pie for dessert .
