Im Englischen gibt es drei wichtige nebenordnende Konjunktionen:
And (und)
Or (oder)
But (aber)
And
„And“ wird verwendet, um ein Wort zu einem anderen hinzuzufügen. Zum Beispiel:
She is beautiful. She is kind. = She is beautiful and kind.
Sie ist schön. Sie ist nett. = Sie ist schön und nett.
I called Hanna. I called Tommy = I called Hanna and Tommy.
Ich habe Hanna angerufen. Ich habe Tommy angerufen = Ich habe Hanna und Tommy angerufen.
Or
„Or“ wird verwendet, um zwei oder mehr Auswahlmöglichkeiten zu nennen. Zum Beispiel:
